Diatos wanted to say "adios" to the Big C. The private biopharmaceutical company developed therapies for cancer and other diseases with the help of its two key product lines: Diatos Peptide Vector (DPV), a technology leveraging intra-cellular and intra-nuclear delivery, and Tumor-Selective Prodrug (TSP) which used anti-cancer compounds for utilizing cancer targeting. Established in 1999, Diatos' business strategy involved developing and marketing new anti-cancer therapies that featured its peptide-based technologies. With its chief office in France, Diatos also owned laboratories in Belgium and the US (San Francisco).
