The company bakes and sells old-world, Italian-style, thick-crusted breads, along with Italian cookies, biscotti, cakes, and confections, all under the Di Camillo brand name. The bakery's products are sold through its five retail bakeries located in Niagara Falls, Lewiston, and Williamsville, New York; on its Web site; as well as through specialty foods retailers and department stores across the US. Founded by Tomaso and Addolorata Di Camillo in the 1920s, the company is still owned and operated by members of the second, third, and fourth generation of the Di Camillo family.
