Developers Diversified Realty (DDR) is a self-administered real estate investment trust (REIT) that acquires, develops, renovates, leases, and manages retail and office properties. Its portfolio includes about 670 community shopping centers, more than 30 enclosed malls and other retail properties, as well as about a half dozen office and industrial centers and more than 2,000 acres of undeveloped land. Almost half of its shopping centers are owned through joint ventures.
