The company has offices in the UK, the US, Australia, and India. Dennis Publishing is owned by Felix Dennis, one of the UK's richest men. He co-founded the company with Dick Pountain in 1974. The pair has Bruce Lee to thank for their success. The readership of its first magazine, Kung-Fu Monthly, consisted of fans wanting to read about the martial arts star.
