Daesang's spicy condiments will make your taste buds say "Dang!" One of the largest fermentation companies in the world, Daesang produces a variety of food products including hot pepper and soybean pastes, soy sauce, marinades, fish sauce, bullion, vinegars, mayonnaise, seasonings, and instant noodles. The company is one of the country's top corn wet millers that manufactures cornstarch and corn syrup as well as starches for industrial applications, such as adhesives. Subsidiary Daesang FNF, purchased in 2006, distributes kimchi (pickled vegetables). Daesang also manufactures coffee, MSG, natural sweeteners, and the artificial sweetener aspartame, and distributes its products around the world.
