The company, which has a manufacturing plant in New Jersey, also had a 50,000 sq.-ft. pharmaceutical plant in Ningbo, China, but sold it to Amerigen Pharmaceuticals in 2007 in return for stock and a 5-year consulting contract. JFC Technologies was acquired by Cyalume Technologies in 2011 and became Cyalume Specialty Products.
