Covenant Health has made a pact to provide good health to the good people of Tennessee. The not-for-profit health care system, established in 1996, provides a variety of medical services through seven acute care hospitals, a psychiatric hospital and a number of specialty outpatient centers offering geriatrics, pediatric care, cancer services, weight management, and diagnostics. Covenant Health also operates home health and hospice agencies and a physician practice management company. Covenant Health provides staffing and medical management services to its affiliated facilities, and to make itself a really well-rounded health care provider, it operates the Covenant Health Federal Credit Union.
