Company Description
Country Coach was no horse-and-buggy show. Country Coach made diesel-powered motor homes, such as Affinity, Allure, Inspire, Intrigue, and Magna, as well as bus conversions under the Prevost brand. The company's models ranged from 34 to 45 feet in length and offered various floor plans, including multiple slide-out options. With the exception of the Prevost Conversion, all RVs were built on the company's proprietary DynoMax chassis. In early 2009 the company's creditors filed a petition to force the RV maker into Chapter 11 bankruptcy. In late 2009 the US Bankruptcy Court ordered the Chapter 11 reorganization converted to a Chapter 7 liquidation. The RV maker auctioned its assets to satisfy creditors in 2010.
