Corimon makes a rainbow of paints but stays out of the red. The company produces paints, coatings, and resins and sells its paint products in some 60 Tiendas Montana stores. Corimon Pinturas, a paint distribution subsidiary, has a 40% market share with the Montana and Pico brands. Corimon also has packaging operations through its flexible paper packaging subsidiary, Montana Grafica; makes tools under the Cerdex brand; and manufactures synthetic resins through subsidiary Resimon. Founded in 1949, the company is Venezuela's largest paints and coatings maker.
