Corby is also one of Canada's leading spirits importers and offers spirits, liqueurs, and wine. Its imported brands include Beefeater, Chivas Regal, Ballantine's, Jameson, Kahlúa, and Jacob's Creek. The company has about a 24% share of the Canadian spirits market. In addition to being one of Canada's largest liquor manufacturers and and importers, Corby exports its products (mainly to the US and the UK). The company was founded in the late 1850s by English immigrant and baker Henry Corby. Pernod Ricard owns 51% of Corby's voting stock and 46% of its total equity.
