Company Description
Making animated television shows…how cool is that? Coolabi produces and distributes primarily children's shows in the UK; it also licenses its catalog of films, television shows, books, and other intellectual property. Its current properties include The Large Family, Poppy Cat, Fungus the Bogeyman, and The Worst Witch. Coolabi also licenses brand properties (unrelated to TV programming) for use on merchandise; its properties include the Purple Ronnie line, the Internet animated characters iloveegg, and the Hammer Films brand, from the studio famed for its 1960's horror flicks. Coolabi began as Alibi Communications in 1999, merged with Coolebah in 2004, and took its current name in 2005.
