Comcast Spectacor also owns event and facility management firm Global Spectrum and Ovations Food Services, a contract foodservices provider and concessions operator. Other operations include New Era Tickets and figure skating promoter Disson Skating. Cable giant Comcast owns 66% of the company; chairman and founder Ed Snider leads the minority owners.
