Colonial Commercial, through subsidiaries Universal Supply Group, The RAL Supply Group, and S&A Supply, provides HVAC products, climate-control systems, and plumbing fixtures to mostly builders and contractors in New York and New Jersey. It supplies control-system design, custom fabrication, technical support, training, and consultation services (but not installation) for engineers and installers. RAL Supply Group offers plumbing fixtures, water systems and water-treatment products, and heating and cooling equipment. More than 80% of Colonial's sales come from the replacement market, while the balance is generated by new construction. Chairman Michael Goldman owns about 30% of the company.
