Cohu tries to blend various technologies into one coherent business. Of the company's three segments, the largest is semiconductor equipment (Delta Design and Rasco), which makes handling equipment used to protect semiconductors during testing procedures. Top customers include Advanced Micro Devices, Intel, and Texas Instruments. The other segments are video cameras (closed-circuit television systems for surveillance, medical, and industrial applications) and Broadcast Microwave Services (microwave radios, antenna systems, and support equipment). Cohu gets about 80% of sales from customers outside the US.
