CCA has a 50-50 joint venture with SABMiller called Pacific Beverages that produces and distributes SABMiller products Miller Genuine Draft, Miller Chill, and Pilsner Urquell in Australia and New Zealand.  The Coca-Cola Company owns approximately 30% of CCA.
