Citi Commerce Solutions, a part of Citigroup's US Cards segment, has traditionally offered private-label credit card programs for more than 50 retailers. However, as part of its parent's plan to spin off or sell unwanted assets, the unit is unwinding its operations. The division has issued and serviced cards bearing the logos of its prominent business partners and provided account acquisition, retention, and marketing services. Clients have included The Home Depot, Sears, and Macy's.
