China Infrastructure Investment Corporation operates the 66-mile Pinglin Expressway, a four-lane toll road in Henan province, home to the country's largest population. The Pinglin Expressway has six toll gates and connects Luoyang with Pingdingshan, two major industrial cities in east-central China. China Infrastructure Investment Corporation also sub-leases land to Sinopec for gas stations along the toll road. The company has the contract to operate the Pinglin Expressway through 2033.
