Company Description
The three R's are a school's mainstay no matter what country you're in. China Education operates two private high schools in Henan Province and one post-secondary vocational school in Shandong Province. (Students are only required to attend school through junior high in China; students must pay tuition to continue to high school.) Suixian High School and Suixian Hui High School have about 17,000 students total, while Shandong Foreign Affairs Translation Middling Special School (known as Qingdao School) has more than 3,000 students. Through a holding structure of foreign-owned entities, China Education applied to go public in the US in 2009 but withdrew its application in 2010 citing a weak market.
