Children's Health Care (better known as Children's Hospitals and Clinics of Minnesota) is one of the largest pediatric health organizations in the US, with two full-service hospital campuses in Minneapolis and St. Paul, as well as a number of specialty clinics in the region. With more than 330 beds between its two hospitals, the not-for-profit Children's Health Care specializes in diagnosing, treating, and researching diseases that afflict babies and children, including epilepsy, diabetes, cancers, and cystic fibrosis. It also runs a Teen Age Medical Service, which provides reproductive health care, counseling, and other medical services to adolescents. The organization was founded in 1924.
