This link will open in a new window Changing World Technologies (CWT) believes that all you need to change the world and take on the big oil companies is guts (preferably turkey), and the innovative technology to turn those guts into oil. The company has patented a method of breaking down carbon-based matter into petroleum products, primarily biodiesel and fertilizers. Any carbon-based matter (tires, old computers, medical waste) will work, but CWT (which operates primarily through its Renewable Environmental Solutions' unit) has an agreement with a nearby Butterball plant in Carthage, Missouri, to process its unused turkey parts.
