Company Description
Cequence Energy (formerly Sabretooth Energy) has got its ducks in order in the oil and gas exploration and production market in western Canada. Focusing on the Peace River Arch oil and gas patch in Alberta and British Columbia, the company greatly expanded its operations in 2007 through the acquisition of Bear Ridge Resources, which explored for and produced oil and gas in Central Alberta and Southeast Saskatchewan. Cequence Energy produces about 3,380 barrels of oil per day from its operations in western Canada. It has proved and possible reserves of about 8.3 million barrels of oil equivalent. In 2009 the company recapitalized, brought in a new management team and changed its corporate name.
