The co-op's storage facilities serve over 1,800 UK grain growers in Southern England and the eastern counties up to the Scottish borders. It offers four marketing plans and advisors to help its farmer members choose wisely. In addition to marketing, Centaur provides grain grading, cash flow management, warehousing, and online ordering services. It sells grain to retailers, bakeries, and bio fuel producers. Centaur was founded in 2001 with the merger of Group Cereal Services and Lingrain Limited.
