Its telecommunications division manages telecom expenses for large companies. Cass grew out of Cass Commercial Bank (now a subsidiary), which provides banking services to private companies and churches, as well as to consumers, in the St. Louis area and Orange County, California. Other major customer bases include Massachusetts, Ohio, and South Carolina.
