Cashbox (formerly Cashbox ATM Systems) maintains more than 2,500 automated teller machines (ATMs) in the UK. The company, which is a member of the LINK Interchange Network, offers free ATMs manufactured by a unit of NCR to retailers such as convenience stores and pubs, then collects transaction fees from users. It also sells ATMs and supplies maintenance and cash management services, including technical support, transaction processing, and dispute handling. Clients include Thresher, Greene King, Chevron, and P&H. Cashbox was founded in 2003 and listed on the Alternative Investment Market (AIM) of the London Stock Exchange in 2006.
