Company Description
There is no cap on CapitaLand's real estate aspirations. The company develops, manages, and invests in real estate, especially retail, office, and residential properties in 110 cities throughout the Asia Pacific region and into the Middle East and Europe. Subsidiary Ascott Group operates more than 15,000 serviced residence units worldwide and another unit, CapitalMalls Asia, has a portfolio of nearly 90 retail properties throughout Asia. Altogether CapitaLand manages more than S$47 billion ($34 billion) of real estate assets. The company leverages all of that experience to also offer financial services such as real estate advisory, structured financing, and property fund management.
