Its two Coca-Cola distributors include Northeast Mississippi Coca-Cola Bottling Co. and Western Kentucky Coca-Cola Bottling Co. The company also owns Clark Distributing Company. C.C. Clark was founded in 1931 as a holding company for its various operations. Its oldest company, a small soda water operation in Martin, Tennessee, was established in 1903 by Carsie C. Clark; Clark's descendants still own C.C. Clark.
