CUI Global (formerly Waytronx) offers its WayCool technology (liquid and air cooling in a wire mesh used to manage the temperature of components) for LED signage and its WayFast architecture (layers of woven electrical or optical wire mesh between chip surfaces increase speed in power management and data communications) for thermal management. It has also licensed the GasPT2 natural gas quality measurement system from GL Industrial Services. Subsidiary CUI distributes power electromechanical components and industrial controls to OEMs and design engineers. CUI Global changed its name to better reflect its focus on acquiring and developing technologies used in diverse markets and industries
