One of the largest preschool portrait photographers in North America, the company operates some 3,050 photographic studios in the US, Canada, and Puerto Rico, mainly in Sears and Wal-Mart stores. The firm operates about 1,000 Sears Portrait Studios (SPS) in Sears and Sears Grand outlets. CPI's 2007 purchase of rival Portrait Corporation of America (PCA) brought 2,000-plus photo studios under the PictureMe Portrait Studio (PMPS) name inside Wal-Mart stores throughout North America and Mexico into the picture.
