Founded in 1895 and based in Belgium, the company operates primarily through subsidiary Bocimar International (dry bulk cargo including coal, iron ore, and grain). The Bocimar fleet consists of 16 wholly or partially owned vessels and about 20 chartered-in vessels. CMB's Holding division includes Reslea (real estate joint venture) and Hessenatie Logistics (logistics sector).
