CITIC Pacific is a chip off the old Communist bloc. The group has investments in steel, real estate, energy, aviation, and communications. With stakes steel plants with an annual capacity of more than 7 million tons, CITIC Pacific is China's largest producer of specialty steel (heat-resistant, anti-corrosion, and other enhanced steel).
