Company Description
Education and investment once made a capital alliance; now they make up CIBT Education Group. Formerly Capital Alliance Group, CIBT Education renamed itself after its CIBT School of Business & Technology subsidiary in late 2007. CIBT also owns Sprott-Shaw Community College. The schools provide master's and bachelor's degrees in business and technology as well as automotive, executive, and language training programs in Asia, Canada, and the Middle East. Some 6,200 students are enrolled in the group's campuses, which number about 50. CIBT targets recent college graduates and employees in China's urban centers. Subsidiary IRIX Design Group provides graphic design and advertising services, primarily in Canada.
