A leading maker of furniture for homes and offices, the company sells its products worldwide with the help of about 10,000 retail outlets, including furniture and department stores, electronics and office product retailers, and mass merchandisers. It boasts two operating divisions: Bush Furniture (which sells through retail and ecommerce channels) and BBF (named Bush Business Furniture until 2010). The company's European business operates under the Röhr banner. Founded by the Bush family in 1959, the furniture maker is owned by a group led by DDJ Capital Management and JPMorgan Chase Bank.
