Other processes and services include heat treating, anodizing, grinding, paint and plasma spraying, and water jet cutting. The company was founded in 1956 by former owner Leonard Sedgwick. In 2004, following the death of its founder, Bulwell Precision Engineers was bought by the Nasmyth Group, a company that was formed to make the purchase.
