From growing grapes to aging wine and putting it in bottles, the company produces and distributes high-end wine from Spain's famed Rioja region. Its top labels include Canchales, Monte Real, Viña Albina, and Puerta Vieja. Bodegas Riojanas wine is sold throughout Europe, the US, and Latin America. The founding Frías-Artecho and Artecho-Nieto families still help run the company. Bodegas Riojanas also owns Bodegas Torreduero, another maker of Spanish wine and liquor.
