Along with its Anthem Blue Cross Life and Health Insurance affiliate, it offers HMO, PPO, and point-of-service health plans for individuals, employer groups, and public entities. It also sells Medicare supplemental and Medicare Advantage plans to seniors and manages the health care of participants in state-funded programs, such as Medi-Cal (Medicaid) and Healthy Families.
