Bayerische Hypo- und Vereinsbank (HypoVereinsbank, or HVB Group) is one of Germany's largest banks, after Deutsche Bank and Commerzbank . The company operates some 650 branches throughout the country as well some 30 offices abroad. HVB is organized into four divisions: retail banking, wealth management, corporate and commercial real estate financing, and markets and investment banking.
