Bauer Verlagsgruppe (also known as The Bauer Publishing Group, depending on what country you're in) publishes some 240 magazine titles in 15 countries across Europe, North America, and Asia. Publications include TV guides (such as TV Movie), women's weeklies (Cosmopolitan), and youth magazines (BRAVO). In 2008, Bauer expanded its British holdings when it bought Emap 's radio and consumer magazine businesses for $2.3 billion. The deal added FHM International to Bauer's portfolio.
