Bastogi's two main subsidiaries are Brioschi Finanziaria and Open Care. Brioschi designs and builds large urban complexes for private and commercial use. Open Care offers art restoration and transportation services, art consulting, and cold storage of valuables. Bastogi has also acquired an art school in Milan, the Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti (NABA). In 2007, it opened H2C Hotel in collaboration with ClassHotel.
