B & P Stitt (formerly Natural Ovens Bakery) rises to the challenges of baking and delivering its bread within 24 hours of production and feeding active young adults. The company not only makes 3,000 loaves of whole-grain, preservative-free bread an hour, but since 1997 it has been serving nutritious meals (using food low in saturated fat, salt, and sugar and not chemically processed) to at-risk students at Wisconsin's Appleton Central Alternative High School (featured in the movie, Super Size Me).
