B.R. Guest operates about 20 upscale and fine-dining restaurants primarily in New York City, including Blue Fin, Isabella's, and Ocean Grill. Among it's other dining concepts are Dos Caminos, Ruby Foo's Time Square, and Wildwood Barbecue. The company also has restaurants in Las Vegas, including its upscale Italian restaurant Fiamma, originally created with Fabio Trabocchi, at the MGM Grand resort. Founder Stephen Hanson opened his first restaurant in Manhattan in 1987 and later helped create the luxury James Hotel concept. Starwood Capital Group owns a 50% stake in the restaurant business.
