BI products include monitoring systems based on both Global Positioning System (GPS) and radio frequency technology, along with remote alcohol compliance monitoring, in which a client's intoxication level is reported by a breath analyzer to a monitoring computer via a telephone line. The company also operates nonresidential community correctional centers, and offers treatment and training services such as community-based counseling and reentry programs for adults and juveniles.
