It owns about 50 acres of the development and is slowly selling its remaining holdings, mostly in the form of residential lots. BF Enterprises also owns a 228,000-sq.-ft. office building in Tempe, Arizona (the company's sole tenant -- Bank One, Arizona, acquired by JPMorgan Chase -- leased the property until 2005). In 2004 the company sold 20 acres of undeveloped land in suburban Nashville, Tennessee, bringing its portfolio down to two properties.
