Two things fly high at BAA: Airplanes and the Union Jack. A leading airport operator, BAA owns and manages six airports in the UK, including London's Heathrow and Stansted, as well as Glasgow, Edinburgh, Southampton, and Aberdeen. The company oversees functions such as cargo handling, retail space and property management, and security. It also runs the Heathrow Express rail service to London and works with other mass transit operators. Heathrow, with its five terminals and 67 million passengers passing through its gates annually, is by far the company's biggest revenue-producer. When taken together, its airports boast more than 103 million passengers. BAA is owned by Spanish infrastructure manager Ferrovial.
