Its producing mines in Mexico includes its main Ocampo gold and silver project in Chihuahua and its El Cubo silver and gold mine in Guanajauto. It also owns the Guadalupe y Calvo advanced exploration property in Chihuahua. AuRico Gold acquired Capital Gold in a $288 million deal in 2010 and operates it as a subsidiary.
