Its Morristown Memorial Hospital has more than 600 beds, serves as a regional trauma center, and provides specialty care in a number of areas, including cancer (through the Carol G. Simon Cancer Center); pediatric care (through Goryeb Children's Hospital); and cardiac care (through Gagnon Heart Hospital). A second facility, Overlook Hospital, has about 500 beds.
