Established in 1921, the regional hospital provides general medical, surgical, and diagnostic services, as well as a wide range of specialty care in such areas as oncology, rehabilitation, pediatrics, and radiology. ARMC is part of Athens Regional Health Services which also operates four urgent care centers, an HMO, and home health care.
