One of the South's leading wholesalers, Associated Grocers is also a retailer with some 35 company-owned stores in Louisiana. Associated Grocers was founded in 1950 by 17 member stores. Today, the company employs more than 750 full-time employees and rings up more than $600 million in annual sales.
