Alon USA Energy, a subsidiary of Alon Israel Oil , was formed in 2000 to acquire FINA Inc.'s downstream assets. The company provides fuel to more than 1,000 FINA-branded retail sites. It also owns or operates more than 300 convenience stores under the 7-Eleven and FINA brands. Alon USA Energy's refineries in Texas (one), California (two), Louisiana (one), and Oregon (one), have a combined throughput capacity of 250,000 barrels per day.
