As a leading luxury food supplier, it offers smoked salmon, foie gras, and prawns and other shellfish. Its Blini and Le Traiteur Grec divisions make blintzes and spreadable products. The company's goods are sold under such brands as Labeyrie and Skandia. Its customers include food retailers and foodservice providers. In 2009 a consortium of shareholders led by the French food cooperative, Lur Berrie, took over the Icelandic company.
