Confessions of a helicopter kid: Agusta Aerospace, the US branch of AgustaWestland, has sold and serviced its UK parent's helicopters and helicopter parts since 1981. Agusta Aerospace manages the US headquarters as well as parts supply depot and full-service repair facility for customers in the Americas. In addition to sales and services for AgustaWestland products, it provides training and technical support, and helicopter customization and local maintenance for the AW 119, AW 139, and AW109 Power and Grand models. The company also procures US and Canadian components for its parent's European operations. Customers are largely corporate, emergency medical, law enforcement, offshore, and utility businesses.
